We all know that resources are tight these days.  It can be a real challenge to try and squeeze the most from your workforce, and ultimately the organization while keeping an eye on the bottom line.  No one has limitless resources.  Unfortunately, training is often overlooked in the drive to reduce costs and allocate resources more efficiently. 

However, I would challenge you to flip your thinking and view training as a way to grow the organization and more effectively deliver on your potential. 

Investing in your people pays dividends:  Not only do you get a more committed and productive workforce, but it also allows you to identify talent and skills that may have been overlooked.
